A thinking that suddenly appeared one day, more than 30 years ago, moving Don Francisco Rocha, whose friends called him " El Güero ", to look for an unique taste, special and inimitable. Coming up with a delicious combination of tasty and aromatic herbs among which we can mention ginger, almonds, moscada nuts, and many other secrets that it is obvious that we will not tell. El Güero created our Traditional Recipe, that we have been using without any modifications since then and which has granted us the public recognition to be the best Mexican Restaurant serving the best Tacos al Pastor.
The same traditional recipe served, for his high quality and flavor, as
the base for a new El Fogoncito recipe in 1970, called Gringas. Becoming
famous all over and making us very proud of its success. We wish to share
our pride with you and to thank you for your preference.
With franchises in Costa Rica and Honduras, EL Fogoncito is a Mexican Company opening frontiers in the International Market exporting our roots and traditional dishes. Through the Franchises system we foresaw our introduction in some other markets, making us more professionals and offering the highest quality.
However, serving the best tacos al pastor, is only our pretext to have you visiting our installations and give us the opportunity to fulfill our first objective to serve you as our best clients and friends deserve it.
