In El Fogoncito we believe that it is imperative to inform of a minimum group of regulations intended to promote not only the publicity tactics but the granting of our franchises. Respecting all applicable laws and regulations and insuring that the information being provided is accurate, complete and truthful with respect to all the obligations and payments necessary to buy a franchises.
All the issues related to the purchase-sale of our franchise will always be written in the contracts and documents containing the terms, rights, laws and regulations for both parties.

V. will have to select and accept only the people interested in buying our Franchises who will prove- after our investigation- that they comply with the physical abilities; education; experience; personal attributes and necessary capital to manage the franchise.
Color, race, religion, nationality or sex will not be the kind of impediment for us to grant a franchise.
Impulsora de Restaurantes El Fogoncito S. A. de C. V. should provide a reasonable permanent assistance to the franchisee in a consistent manner and in agreement with what will be mentioned in the contract signed by both parties. We always expect that both parties will promote an equity atmosphere with a constant effort of bona fide to resolve complaints or disputes through direct communication within a reasonable period of time and accordingly to the prevailing circumstances.
We are very interested in opening new franchises, but to fulfill our promises are a more important issue to us.
